Do you suffer each time you get out of the shower? You open the doors and find yourself suddenly in the chilly depths of Antarctica. It’s a horror many of us go through each morning/evening. Here’s a cool tip how not to solidify when coming out of the shower.
The trick is to shower in very hot or very cold water at the end. I’m sure everyone knows that using very cold water helps, but you will be delighted to know that hot water does too. I actually don’t mind either one, so I usually choose depending on my mood.
You can shower in any temperature you want, but at the end, spend 1 minute under very cold, or very hot water. I usually increase or decrease the temperature gradually, for about two minutes, when the extreme temperature feels good I may spend a lot more.
When you come out your skin will be either much colder, or much hotter than the air outside. It will feel comfortably warm, or comfortably cool, you can finally be rid of that bad sensation. This life hack also works with added efficiency because it removes the surprise factor of coming out into the cold. You controll the temperature when increasing or decreasing it, so you are prepared, and at the end you just feel comfortable. As a side note, it’s also healthy, as it opens up your pores, letting your skin breath.
