Re-learn to do lists
Hdbizblog shared some cool tips today about how to go about writing to-do lists. As Stephen says, you shouldn’t just aimlessly jot down your list, David Allen himself advises against this, since then you are trying to complete all five stages of GTD in one go.
He suggest thinking of a few contexts and when you’re writing your to do list you should immediately write items to the relevant context. This way you will know what to do in a specific situation, and you may be able to shave off a few minutes here and there, maybe even amounting to an hour a day!
