Burn away the fat using a workout log
I have been having back pains a lot for a few years, and only recently have I noticed that this may be because I have grown some sex appeal near my stomach. I’m not ‘heart-attack heavy’, but excess weight does put a strain on your heart and back. I’ve been planning a diet for ages, but although I actually quite like to eat, I’m trying to loose weight by excercising more (a good idea anyway).
This how I ran into a pretty nice workout log on Squawkfox, which you can use to keep track of your daily workouts. This is a printable pdf and one copy holds information for one week. If you like to do things on paper, the “old fashioned” way, this may be your cup of tea.
Personally, I like this sheet a lot, but knowing myself I would probably use it for two weeks, then forget all about it. If you’ve been trying to work out well and failing, I suggest you try it out, but I mean, is this something you really need to keep track of?
You know what you have to do. To be more healthy you need some exercise. How much weight you loose daily, how much you run is not important as long as you notice it’s working and you feel better. If you slack off, chances are you know anyway without the sheet.
